First off, i love the storyline and plot of the book! Im throughly happy with how this book described her whole life, instead of a single event. It also built up a ton of suspense with Goosefeather screeching in her ear every few seconds, "YOU HAVE FIRE!!!" I also love how her clanmates are involved so much in her life. They really mdade a big impact on her life and personality. (Looking at you, Oakheart!) Another part i loved was where Thistleclaw was chosen to mentor Tigerclaw. It kinda explains his thirst for blod originaly coming from Thistleclaw himself. We saw examples of this throughout the bok of his bloodlust, and how he taught Tigerclaw to behave the same way. In the book, it also explains why Whitestorm has such a close relationship with Bluestar. I almost started crying in class at reading how Bluestars kit, Mosskit, died. This story has taken me on a dive off the deep end into clan history. It was also anemotionl rollercoaster! The only fault i find was that there was no ten page manga like the book description said. It might be a random kindle glitch, but just letting you know, in case whoever is reading this is the type of person who flips through these books just to see the manga.Other than that, this book is beautiful. This is Erin Hunters finest masterpiece yet. My end note is this: "LONG LIVE THE WARRIORS!!! LONG LIVE THE CLANS!!!"
I did love this book! There we're the ups and downs of course, but all in all it was a great book.(WARNING:SPOILERS - WARNING:SPOILERS - WARNING:SPOILERS)First of all, I was thoroughly satisfied. Seeing Bluestar grow up and have her tragic relationship with Oakheart made me feel more compassionate about her. I loved how descriptive it was, I could almost feel Bluestar's grief. It was, though, very sad when Thrushpelt died, and I was disappointed when there was no explanation on how he died. At times it was rushed, and didn't make sense, like why Pinestar decided to live with the kittypets. There was no explanation behind his choice, and I think that it was also strange that Pinestar chose Lionpaw to keep his secret safe, instead of a warrior. (Like Bluefur, or Leopardfoot, for example.) It might have lead up to something if there was some kind of explanation behind it, say Pinestar fell in love with a kittypet and happened to be Firestar/Rusty's father. And now there is Tigerclaw - Bluefur knew all the time that Thistleclaw was a dangerous warrior and that he mentored Tigerclaw to be vicious, and Bluestar didn't want Thistleclaw to become deputy. So then why would she, later in the book, trust Tigerclaw so much even though she saw his ambition and hunger for battle? It didn't make too much sense. And I was also disappointed when the book stopped so abruptly! I was excited to see Bluestar meet Firestar for the first time, but that didn't happen. I also think a better plot would be, not that Graypaw/stripe spied on Firestar(Rusty at the time), but stumbled upon him on accident.Anyway, I really loved this book!

Bluestar's Prophecy tells the story of Bluestar, a grey-blue cat that grows up to be one of the most powerful warriors in ThunderClan. This the story of how she learns to hunt prey, lead a group of hunters, and help their clan fight their arch-enemy, RiverClan.Bluestar, from the first moment she is born, is independent, determined and intelligent. Part of the mighty ThunderClan, growing up is difficult for her. She can be outspoken and headstrong, not making too many friends. After her mother dies suddenly, Bluestar must become a warrior at a very young age.However, a prophecy tells of her rise to power and her destruction. "Like fire, you will blaze through the forest. But beware, even the most powerful flames can be quenched by water." (Hunter, 209). The clan medicine cat tells Bluestar (or Bluefur, her warrior name) that she will be destroyed by water. Since all of ThunderClan cats are afraid to go near the water, she ignores the prophecy and does become a useful hunter, warrior and leader of her clan.Bluestar is a stubborn, strong, persistent and independent leader of her clan that doesn't always follow the rules. Read on to see if the prophecy comes true!Bluestar's Prophecy is written by Erin Hunter and is part of series of books about four clans of cats, also in graphic novel format.
Wow! I could not put this book down! Highly recommend for Warriors fans!Spoilers Start here!It was pretty sad though, I cried when a certain cat died and I really wish Bluefur could have kept her kits! I only have one complaint, I feel like certain paets went really fast, for example Whitekit was only like 4 1/2 moons old and then the next chapter was you will now be called Whitestorm. But definitely an amazing book!!!! So glad I read it! It filled in a lot of gaps from the First Series!
